Orders are processed 1-2 business days after they are submitted. Orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. When your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number details. All regular and express parcels are shipped via Canada Post.

If you would prefer to pick your order up, please select "in-store pick-up" during check-out. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
We’re happy to offer an exchange on regular priced items within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with the details of your request and include your order number in the subject line. If your return is approved you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) as well as further instructions on how to proceed. We cannot accept goods purchased online for exchange under any circumstances without an RA#.
Items purchased with an online promo code are subject to the same return policy as regular priced items. Sale items (markdowns) are final sale.
